Welcome to Cyber RISE

We provide charitable education for organizations experiencing cybersecurity incidents; provide resources to organizations to prepare themselves for preventing and managing cybersecurity incidents, and raise public awareness about cybersecurity gaps in the small and mid-sized business community.

Cybersecurity remains a significant challenge for small businesses, with many lacking the resources to implement robust protections. In 2023, the average cost of a data breach for a small business was approximately $108,000, a substantial figure that can threaten the viability of these enterprises. Despite the risks, nearly 43% of cyberattacks still target small businesses, emphasizing the need for greater investment in cybersecurity measures to mitigate potential economic damage.

Cyber RISE Exists to provide structure, funding, awareness, and governance for programs that serve the underserved.
